Fruit Tea/Punch

I first had this punch many years ago at a party when I lived in Memphis. My friend Jenny made it every time we had a get together and it was warm. I remember it being so delicious. When I threw my sister a bridal shower a week ago, I served this tea as the beverage. I haven't had it in a couple of years, but it tastes just as good now as it did then! This is great to have in your fridge in the spring and summer and/or serve at a get together!

Fruit Tea/Punch
from my friend Jenny

*Makes about 1 gallon

Ingredients:
3 family size tea bags
4 cups of boiling water
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 large can pineapple juice
1 small container frozen limeade concentrate

Directions:
Boil 4 cups of water. Remove from heat and add 3 family size tea bags to the water. Steep for as long as your tea bags say, about 5 minutes. Add to that 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 cups of orange juice, 1 large can of pineapple juice, and one small container of frozen limeade. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

  1. This looks really refreshing! Is the Limeade the concentrate?
