Well, here in Tennessee, January came in with a brrr... and left with a spring like weekend! This past weekend has been beautiful. Along with the beautiful weather, sickness came to my house in the form of really bad colds and the stomach bug. So, needless to say, I'm a little behind on my menu plan for February. There are a few things I didn't get around to trying/making in January, so they will be added to February's menu. My husband and I will celebrate our engageaversary this month and there will be a few days out of town, so the menu will be shorter. I also plan to make some Valentine treats with the boys and maybe try out a new bread recipe.

Looks great Amber! I have been in a very uninspired place lately in regards to meal planning. :(
