These potatoes were included in the all grill dinner I prepared the other night. They were so yummy, and easy!!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 red potatoes, washed and cut into chunks
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon onto a greased piece of heavy-duty foil. Fold foil around potato mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning once. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
