How do you cook your bacon? Well honestly, I don't cook bacon very often. I'm more of a sausage girl. But when I do have to make bacon, I cook it in the oven. It turns out perfectly every time, and there is hardly any mess! Just roll up the foil and toss!
Ingredients:
bacon
tin foil
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a large cookie sheet with a lip and cover it in aluminum foil. Arrange the bacon on the sheet without overlapping. Bake for six minutes. Turn the cookie sheet around 180 degrees. Bake for another 4-7 minutes depending on your oven and how crispy you like your bacon. Lift the bacon out with tongs and set on a plate covered in paper towels. Serve immediately!

I always see Ina Garten on Food Network cook her bacon this way. Have you ever tried it with turkey bacon? That is what I usually use but I've never tried to cook it that way.
I'm sure turkey bacon would work perfectly. Just keep an eye on the time, it may vary slightly.
I always cook my bacon this way..no mess..no frying pig spitting at me and turns out great!
