July Monthly Menu

It's time for a new monthly menu here on This Mommy Cooks. You can click on the monthly menu tab under recipe box any time to see previous menus. I tend to make a lot of the same things, incorporating new recipes each month. I think sweet and sour chicken is first on every month! I love that stuff! I have planned to make a lot of things for the freezer this month because I'm low on some treats. I usually always have whole wheat french bread and cinnamon rolls in the freezer, but we're all out! So we will be restocking them pretty soon. I also have my little one's 2nd birthday party towards the end of the month. I'm planning on making cookies as party favors and attempting to do some of the cake myself. I haven't really decided yet, so we shall see. The theme is Mickey Mouse! I love doing my kiddos birthday parties! They are so much fun! Here's our plan for the month. I didn't do a full 31 meals, because, honestly, I won't cook every single night! Let's get cooking!

Wow, you're going to be cooking up a storm this month! I have to tell you I made that chicken with the honey mustard sauce and my 3 year old devoured it! I'm so glad I found it. It's on our menu again this month. Happy cooking and happy birthday to your little one.

Lots of good stuff for the month. About PW's cinnamon rolls. I've been wanting to try her recipe (it makes so many) Do you freeze the pans uncooked or cooked?

PWs cinnamon rolls recipe does make a ton, you're right! On my blog, under breakfast, I have my halved recipe for her recipe. I have made the full and it makes about 7-8 tins of rolls. You should go ahead and bake them, let them cool, cover them tightly in foil, and freeze. When you're ready to eat them, all you have to do is uncover the, pop them in 250 degree oven for 15 minutes and they taste just like they did the first time you made them!
