Corn Casserole

This side dish always finds its way to my table on holidays. It goes well with turkey and ham and is a cinch to make. Delish!

Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
1 can corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
6 TBSP butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all above ingredients together and pour into small, greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until center is set and top is light brown.
