Frozen Bananas

I made a frozen treat for Jacks today, and he LOVED it! Travis loved it too.

Ingredients:
bananas
yogurt (I used strawberry)
granola
popsicle sticks

Directions:
Cut the banana in half.
Dip it in the yogurt and make sure it's covered generously.
Then roll the banana in the granola.
Put it on wax paper and freeze it.
Eat it when it is frozen.
I froze it for 4 hours, but it may have been ready sooner.

  2. Ooo - the banana treat looks great! I will have to try it :) Do you know if it holds up over a few days or if you need to eat them the day you make them?

  3. Since they stay in the freezer until you're ready to eat them, I would assume they would stay good for a few days at least. If you put them in a container, maybe even longer.
